As a personal trainer, I am always tracking my clients, with the most important aspects of exercise in keeping them safely moving towards their goals being: good form, intensity, tempo, and breathing.
But out of the corner of my eye, I have started to notice something else – dreadful fitness fashion.
While most women usually arrive fairly well turned out for workouts, what about us men? I am sorry to say that our fitness fashion sucks.

The different sizes that customers give for measurements will make the FitBot into an exact replica of the body shape of the buyer. There is one drawback and that is how precise will you be with your shape and measurements in order to get that precise looking mannequin.
